Admission to membership of the Credit Union is restricted to: ) an individual who is a member of the following bona fide organisation: - NFRN (National Federation of Retail Newsagents) ) an individual otherwise associated with the individuals in a) by: - being employed by a member in a) - being in receipt of services from a member in a) - being a provider of professional advice to the members in a) c) an individual employed by the following employers: - NFRN (National Federation of Retail Newsagents) - subsidiary companies of NFRN (National Federation of Retail Newsagents) d) a body corporate, an individual in his/her capacity as a partner in a partnership, an individual in his/her capacity as an officer or member of the governing body of an unincorporated association, if the body corporate, partnership or unincorporated association is: - a member of the above bona fide organisation - a provider of professional services to the individuals in a) b) and c) - a provider of social and welfare services to the individuals in a) b) and c) e) an individual who is a member of the same household as, and is a relative of, an individual who is a member of the credit union and falls directly within a common bond specified above
